Fresenius medical care
We recently completed the first of several dialysis centers for Fresenius Medical Care. This 8,500 SF tenant build-out is located off George Washington Highway in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
The medical center features 17 dialysis stations, fully equipped exam rooms, isolation rooms, a staff lounge, and reception area. The scope of work included HVAC, plumbing, electrical and site work. Check back soon for updates on future Fresenius projects.
