Charles Construction Company has been awarded the renovation and addition of the historic First Parish church in Lincoln, MA. The church, originally built in 1842, is part of the Lincoln Center Historic District. The project involves a 2,800 sq. ft. addition, new function hall, septic system, extensive landscaping and historic preservation of the original design work. Construction is slated to begin next month.

We're pleased to announce that Charles Construction Company, Inc. has been accepted into the New England Healthcare Engineer's Society (NEHES).

The New England Healthcare Engineers’ Society (NEHES), founded in 1958, is a professional Society for individuals responsible for the Environment of Care in the delivery of patient care. The Society is affiliated with the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and consists of several chapters throughout all six New England states. 

The Society’s goals are:

• To promote better patient care by taking advantage of the latest developments in healthcare facility management, design, operation and maintenance techniques.

• To promote mutual exchanges of technical assistance, ideas, and experience among members and other healthcare engineering professionals.

• To promote the professional engineers through continuing education.

Congratulations to Julie Potvin on the grand opening of the new Hue House Salon. Charles Construction completed a total gut and rehab of the 1894 built Sutton Mill Annex building located in North Andover, Massachusetts. We wish her the best of luck.
