Charles Construction recently completed a tenant fit-out project for Great Clips Inc. The 3,000 square foot space will serve as a training center for Great Clips stylists and cosmetologists in the Greater Boston area. The finished space included a reception area, conference room, and a large classroom equipped with full-length mirrors, salon chairs, and smart TV integration. A full gallery of the project is below.
We recently completed the construction of a new entranceway for Enel, one of the world's leading multinational energy companies. The 2,000 square foot entrance was the finishing touch on Enel's new office space located at Andover Landing at Brickstone. Charles worked alongside KS Partners to achieve a seamless integration into the existing building, originally constructed in 1922, by utilizing modern design elements and construction techniques.

CCC has begun work on a new location for Boston Retina, a leading full-service vitreoretinal practice headquartered in Peabody, MA. We're collaborating with Ranere Associates, an award-winning architectural and design firm located in North Reading. The 5,000 SF medical space will be outfitted with the latest vision correction technology and diagnostic tools to ensure Retina Consultants of Boston remains a pioneer in clinical trials, medical research, and surgical techniques.

Charles Construction is excited to announce the completion of Lahey Behavioral Health, a brand new medical space located at 200 Main Street in Haverhill, MA. The 8,000 square foot medical space features a furnished kitchen, professional conference room, an updated creative space and several medical offices. Charles completed the project in collaboration with E4H Architecture (Formerly Morris Switzer) as we continue to build upon our partnership with Lahey Health Services. The finished space will offer a variety of behavioral and mental health services for the citizens of Haverhill and the surroundings communities for years to come.

Charles is pleased to announce that we have been awarded our second project at the Andover Landing at Brickstone offices. This time around, we're working with Miika Ebbrell Design, a Massachusetts-certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE). The second-floor renovation of the 1 million square foot three-building business center includes an extensive lighting and flooring package to resemble the amenity-rich, contemporary design of the building.
